Jovi Schnell

Jovi Schnell’s colorful wall works, paintings, and cut-out’s often integrate her hybrid systems inspired by a broad range of interests that include nature, technology and cosmology.  She received her BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute is currently an MFA candidate at UC Berkeley. Ms Schnell’s work has been exhibited throughout many galleries and institutions including the Stedelijk Bureau Museum in Amsterdam and The Brooklyn Museum. She has served as visiting faculty at CSULB, UC Berkeley, The San Francisco Art Institute, and is senior adjunct faculty at the California College of the Arts. She is represented by the Gregory Lind Gallery in San Francisco.
